Large Year-End Back-Payment (Nachzahlung)
What does it mean?
This unit's statement closed with a sizeable Nachzahlung — the advance Hausgeld did not cover the actual costs. As the new owner you inherit a monthly Hausgeld that is set below the real running cost, so expect it to rise (or another Nachzahlung next year).

What you should do as a buyer
Compare the advance payments with the actual cost share, and check the next Wirtschaftsplan for a corrected (higher) Hausgeld. Budget for the higher real figure, not the advertised one.
